At Konkan Naturals, we take utmost care to deliver fresh and organic products. Since our products are perishable, cancellations and refunds are very limited.

Cancellations: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds/Replacements: Refunds or replacements will be provided only if the product is spoiled or defective from our end.

No Other Refunds: Products once delivered in good condition are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
